Effective Date: December 20, 2025

This Privacy Policy explains how Altiora Jets (“Altiora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit altiorajets.com (the “Site”), submit a quote request, communicate with us, or use related services. • Payment-related information (processed by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers).
  • Communications (emails, calls, texts, and messages you send us; call recordings may occur where permitted by law).

3. How We Share Information

We may share information as follows:

  • With Operators (properly licensed air carriers) to source availability, obtain pricing, and arrange flights. This is core to our services.
  • With service providers (e.g., website hosting, CRM, email/SMS providers, analytics, scheduling tools, payment processors) who process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • With vendors involved in your request (e.g., ground transportation, catering) if you ask us to coordinate those services.
  • With law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, to protect rights/safety, or to prevent fraud.
  • In connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition, or sale of assets), subject to appropriate safeguards.

4. Broker Relationship and Operator Control

Altiora Jets is an air charter broker and does not operate aircraft. Operators perform flights and maintain operational control.

Operators and certain third parties may collect and process information under their own privacy policies (for example, passenger verification or flight-related requirements). You should review the Operator’s policy when provided during booking.
